On 21nd I received phone adaptor and when I tried setting up the phone adaptor, I found that it is not getting power supply. Subsequently I called ViaTalk support and informed the same. After verification of the device, they informed me that they are going to ship another device on 22nd with return label for the old one. I have opened a case w.r.t the same and status is showing on "HOLD". I am not sure what it means.
ViaTalk mentions that we have 14 days to try thier service. It has been 14 days since I signed up for the service and I still don't have a working device. I am not sure how I am going to try thier service??? Or I am not quite sure whether to keep thier service or not in this situation????
