unable to get a solid green light for power on my device..

Hi,
I'm unable to get a solid green light to light up for the first (Power) LED. The rest of them seem to work just fine and I'm getting a solid green for the rest of them. It was working fine before for about 3-4 days however and am seeing this problem for the first time today.

What could be the reason for this and what suggestions can you please give me for trouble-shooting this issue?

Try power cycling your entire setup. That should restore your light. If not, then submit a ticket to VT.

i was able to figure it out finally --
i was trying to see if the voip device was working properly - and so i plugged in the device to the power source without bothering to connect it to internet cable.. once i connected the internet cable, the blinking power light turned solid green :)
