Not in service Message appears Mysteriously

Two days ago a friend called at 3 different times and got a phone is not in service message.

Then today , mysteriously the phone switches to "Do not disturb mode" on its own and it won't shut off

Also calls have been showing in my account under messages but messages not being sent to my inbox-- settings have always been to send me a copy and notice to another

Those are the current issues. In general things work...sometimes

I think I spoke with you on the phone tonight. Were you able to look into your phone's documentation to see if the DND feature was included in it's features? If you are still having trouble, please give us a call, or open a trouble ticket.
