Can't get into admin center.

I am having a problem signing into my control center. I am behind a firewall (which I have no control over), and I was wondering if there is a way to remedy this. When I click on the links that were sent to me via e-mail I get access denied on one of them and file not able to display on the other. I've mailed tech support about this last night, but no response thus far other than "Since you're getting "Access Denied" the firewall isn't blocking you." That doesn't help a whole lot. Does anyone have any idea how to remedy this? The control center is just slightly important. Good thing there's a 14 day money back guarantee.

I have disabled both firewall and proxyserver. Still cant get into control panel.

Some firewalls and proxies won't allow the use of port 2082 which HR uses for it's CP. You might try the following sites to get around this. I use them at work and am able to get into the cp.

My problem is solved. HR forgot to install control panel on my server!. This was corrected promptly after I had send in a ticket.
