What is scgi-bin and how can I enable elm mail?

What exactly is the scgi-bin used for? I've never seen that before...

Also, how can I enable my account so I can read my email via elm? Currently, even though I am receiving mail to my account, no mail shows in elm. I'd like to be able to read my mail via elm as well as the web client.

Hi,

Make sure that the settings are set correctly in elm. The scgi-bin allows you to run scripts as your own username as opposed to "nobody". That way if the script creates a file you can have access to modify it etc.
