I just upgraded my via talk account which was not expired until Sept and asked the customer rep if I should wait because of there might be specials that I might be able to take advantage of and he said thats only for new customers anyways and low and behold I get one today....I have reffered people to this place and I also work for a telco company in Michigan which I also refer people there I very unhappy your customer reps treat people this way I would have ben a loyal customer
