I just upgraded my via talk account which was not expired until Sept and asked the customer rep if I should wait because of there might be specials that I might be able to take advantage of and he said thats only for new customers anyways and low and behold I get one today....I have reffered people to this place and I also work for a telco company in Michigan which I also refer people there I very unhappy your customer reps treat people this way I would have ben a loyal customer

I am sorry for any confusion regarding our current promotion for new sign ups. For our current customers we are allowing residential users to extend their service contract by one year at the reduced rate of $150.
