Is anyone else experiencing long, long delays when you talk and listen? My service is so bad that it is nearly useless. I cannot use it for business because I can't have clients asking "Hello? Hello? Are you there" for blank spots of 30 seconds or more. I can make calls if I don't particularly care about the inconvenience.
The technical help people have been very unhelpful. I've twice sent them the complete descriptions of the set up I have and they keep sending me an automated email asking for this.
At this point, I would prefer a full refund and to look for a different VOIP supplier. My son recommended viatalk to me but I surely cannot recommend it to anyone else at this point.:mad:
