PHP Nuke Modules

I finally got PHP Nuke going, is there a way to get rid of the following modules in PHP Nuke?

Search
Login (don't need to use forums)
Who's Online (same thing)

How do I change the top banner,right now I'm using the red hat theme, how do I put my logo and banner up there instead.

And the top links in the top bar

Any help would be appreciated...
