Does anybody else have problems logging into their BrainCast account? I submitted a ticket back on the 11th, so far no reply. I can only get in by checking a new message, then cannot get back in. It keeps telling me my username and password are no good. Am I doing someting wrong?

I am able to get into my BrainCast account ok today without having to get in through the checking of a message.

That's what I figured but wanted to check. In the beginning I actually had the same problem with the forum, could not reply to posts. It had something to do with the verification not working properly. A ticket fixed it so eventually I'm sure the same will apply here!

No, and my ticket is still open from May21st, with no answer whatsoever!

I can access the account from the original PC at work that I used to set it up, but not from my home. When I go to the login page it tells me that the ID is not yet taken !
IP address ? Work is a US company.
Cookies ?
