My phone has no way to set the time on it. Its always been correct when it was hooked up to a landline. Now its 1 hour ahead. Which is really frustrating knowing what the correct time it was when someone called. I'm assuming its VIAtalk?

It's actually the settings in your Linksys adapter. Your time zone is off. Have ViaTalk provision the correct GMT time for your location.

Is there any way to correct this by going into the ATA device?
I had the same issue.

If you are provisioned VT will take care of it. You can do it with the admin password to the ATA but then you must turn provisioning off. Probably just as easy to submit a ticket, they usually correct it quickly.

How do you turn provisioning off and should you do that? What does that change on VT's side?

I've got the admin password and can make the timezone change, but it keeps getting changed back later in the day.

Good tip about the provisioning part. I had a ticket open for 2 weeks last time without reply so if easy to do myself would hope somebody can help.

EDIT: Never mind - Think I found the answer - http://forums.hostrocket.com/showthread.php?t=22504
Will have to try it when I get home.
