i submitted a ticket to VTWhite on friday at at about 3:30pmET. as of now i have not received a response. any idea how long it usually takes? as a private label reseller i thought the response times for support tickets would be faster than this.

I have not had to submit a support ticket yet on VTWhite Private Label. Is it a question maybe I can answer...or is it something only a VT rep can assist with (problem with access, bug, etc.)?

yeah. they sent me my login credentials but they don't work. i called viatalk on friday but they said there was no phone number for vtwhite support. all i could do is email them. so i guess i will wait.

You could PM Brendan in this forum. Perhaps he can engage the right person to help you with that. I know the ticket system should get the response you need, but maybe you can ask Brendan about that too.

I have to say that after reading what I am on these forums -- the lack of responses to questions I have asked, the lack of a person answering the phone that knows anything, and the lack of response people are getting to support tickets -- this product is FAR from ready to be used.
How can you offer a product or solution if you cannot get timely support from the upstream?
I think we have seen a premature "soft launch". Hopefully they will get things worked out and make this a viable product. Right now, it's not...

clevertech, if you PM me your ticket ID, I'd be happy to look into this for you.

actually it's pretty messed up. the ticket from last Friday has not yet been responded to by support and is still listed as open. somebody name joe from vtwhite sales has been assisting me. he has been very helpful. it would be nice to have a phone number to call for vtwhite support for the times when your ticket goes unanswered and/or you are unable to login to create a ticket(which was my case). I called viatalk about it on friday and they told me there was no phone number and that i should just goto to this site: http://www.vtwhite.com/voip_reseller_technical_support.html and submit a ticket through email. but from what i can tell it creates the ticket with viatalk not with vtwhite. maybe that is part of the problem. hopefully joe can keep up the good work and finish me up soon. i would really like to start offering voip to my customer base.
