Shutting off Voice mail

I think I'm having a brain-burp..
I can't find the setting to shut off voice mail. I have it set for infinite rings, but then I had a call waiting, that wasn't picked up, go to voice mail..
is there a simple OFF setting?

Unfortunately not at this time. Something that VT should consider adding as a selectable item in the CP.

I think it can be shut off if requested via ticket, or call. Not sure what will happen to the calls on call waiting that aren't answered. I guess they will just ring and ring.

I really don't want to have to submit a ticket to turn it back on if I go on vacation or something. I hope they add a setting to the CP.
