This seems to happen mostly when I record a conversation with *99, but not each time. My VMWI light blinks and I get the double dial tone. When I check voice mail, it says there is 1 message. I'll hit 1 to listen and it stays blank and then gets a busy signal. I can't delete the message. This is the 4th time I had to contact VT Tech support to delete the corrupt message.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
The quick answer would be not to use *99, but I need to record certain conversations.
