Hey,
We're looking for a little feedback on the frontend our providers would offer to their customers.
The main site is what the sales interface would look like, and the CP is the current released state of the CP that end users would be offered.
Please note that there is nothing being sold through this site, it's setup only to obtain feedback from people. Any input is appreciated.

It would be nice if the Back button was in the upper left, rather than the bottom left.

One thing I notice is DND does not include the toggle on/off option that was added to the VT direct offer service.

For the most part it looks good. However, I did notice that the "Softphone Configuration" entry (in the demo) doesn't seem to have any entry for a generic SIP device. In addition to specific softphones, having the generic info would be nice.

Nice look.
An on/off feature for simultaneous ring would be nice. I use it when I am away, but then have to re-enter my cell number each time I want to re-enable it.
Always seemed to me the ADJUST RING SECONDS setting should be physically next to voice mail settings since they are inter-related. When I 1st signed up, I searched the VM options looking for the adjustment.
Seems like it is functionally the same as the existing CP, just a different look. So, the many suggested changes must be further in the future????
Do the VM SMS messages include real info? Multiple "Voicemail to Email" addresses so my wife and I can both get attachments?

Forwarding section in the new control panel, for network down, only allows for 1 number. In the current control panel it allows for 2 numbers (I'm assuming it will ring both).

That's a good catch. There was a real reason for so many requests to get the current CP changed to allow more than one number. I would like them to include more than one as well for the new CP.

I'd like to see the outgoing call logs include minuets used, not including 800#, VT to VT, and *123 calls.

Brendan, can you look at this thread regarding making an editable order confirmation screen?

I would like to see a graphical meter for the limited plans. That way you could easily see how close you are to your limit.

can the call logs reflect 12 hour time, rather than military?

It does in the new CP.

Just noticed that VT added on a feature to the reseller front-end for people to test the quality of VT calls. It's on the Products tab. Did not test it at the www.forvoip.net demo site, but did test it on my reseller front-end. It works great. It allows you to enter in your phone number, someone else's phone number, and the server location nearest you. Then it calls both numbers to connect you for a test call. Did not test whether there was a time limit on it...but I imagine there would need to be to avoid abuse.
Nice addition. Thanks VT.
Edit: Tested for time limit. It limits to a 1 minute call with a 20 second warning. Very nice. Perfect for a test call.

From the current control panel, I like the left sidebar showing how many voicemails I have, this is missing in the new panel (whether on the left, top or whatever.)

Well found something that is missing on the site. On the main screen on the bottom where it shows: Home | Products | Availability | Features | Support | Contacts | Signup you are missing one item that is really important TOS as in Terms of Service. Also if you go into the FAQ and type tos nothing is found, But if you type terms of service it shows up.
I know i am the type of person that always looks for the tos when signing up for something. So it needs to be added on the main page as that is where i would thing alot of users would be looking for it.

I do agree that it should be accessible from the main page. It is prominent, however, in the ordering process (with a check box to verify that you have read it...and also a link to review the TOS).

I would like to be able to make changes to any number of my "Custom Call Routing" entries and them submit the entire list. Currently, you need to update each one and then click the "Update" button for each.
