No problems here.
Usually drop outs, skips, etc are caused by your internet connection. Not sure what would cause it on voicemail too.

The OP doesn't say how the VMs are being listened to.

If the OP is listening to the VMs via the web interface, than they would be fully downloaded first, and then played on the OP's computer. In that case, any "dropouts" in the VMs should be actually part of the VM recording (in which case, the next step is to try calling from a variety of places/phones, to see if the calling phone makes a difference (for example, do wired in telco/POTS phones work better than cell phones?).

OTOH if the OP is using *123 (or any of the other dialing codes that reach VM) to listen to VMs on their ViaTalk line itself, than the problem could still easily be with the OP's internet. The reason for this is that *123 actually makes a "call" to ViaTalk's VM server. So if you hear "dropouts" (or other sound problems) with *123, you don't know (without additional testing, such as downloading the VM from the web) if it was a dropout in the recording itself (in which case the problem is somewhere between the calling party and ViaTalk's servers) or if the dropout was occurring between ViaTalk and the OP while the VM is being played (in which case it likely is an issue with the OP's internet).

Hello Friend,

The OP is on VMS through web based interface then its download. So, the problem is in your downloading system, any file is corruputed, or not supported.

Thanks,
