Frustrating Issue

I get a fax line, but my fax doesn't work with VOIP, so I call customer service, with an answer that they can't help me with a brand of fax machine to be used with my service, please some body can help me.

I would search this forum as faxing has been discussed here before. Maybe someone can help you and post the actual link within the forum.

There are many things to try, but don't expect perfection for faxing. Expect some retries. I fax a couple times per week using the same line as my voice VT and am satisfied. Some depends on where you are faxing to. The place I fax to normally has an older/slower fax machine and it works most times on first try.
