Newbie Questions

New to VT from Vonage. Receiving service and set-up was flawless and within one day. Have a few questions as a VT newbie. First, are calls that are forwarded to another number recorded in the incoming call log? So far, my forwarded calls don’t seem to get logged to the incoming call log. Second, is there a way to print all the call log listings at once rather than each page separately? Finally, is there a way to set the call log time zone to a default time zone other than CST? Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Sometimes I have noticed delays in the call logs updating. Given that, I can't answer directly, but I have noticed that even calls that only ring my phone once will show up in the call log. I would think forwarded calls would show, but look in the outgoing log as well.
I have heard others complain about printing. "Soon" (few weeks??) VT is rolling out a new control panel. Maybe that will improve the printing??
I know you can change the time zone in your phone adapter which will change the time that shows on caller id, but don't think that will change the logs. My logs show as eastern time. If you want something specific, submit a ticket and they are likely able to make the change.
