Maybe VT is backed up with orders due to the sale. When did you order service? Did you order BYOD or provisioned service?

It is the weekend, and the first time this month that it hasn't been cold and snowing/raining in the northeast. Perhaps everyone in the business office is taking a well deserved mental health day...

Pick up a phone and call. That's usually best when all else fails.

There seems to be a lot of posts about VT's response time with many similar answers. I think that it would be helpful to have a status page available (even if it only said "in progress") then people would have some kind of acknowledgement from VT. Calling them usually does help but that can be a pain. In all my experience with customer service the key is communication even if it's not what the customer always wants to hear. Overall VT does a great job with CS but there is always room for improvement!

I agree with KC9FOI. You may want to place a call with VT. Talking to a live person will avoid the waiting as you will get live responses to your questions.

I would agree also. My experience is that VT phone support is actually very good.
However, my experience has also been that waiting in the phone queue can take a while (often 1/2 hour or more to reach a rep). So plan for some way to "wait in line" without having to manually hold the phone up to your ear. For example, those of us who's phones have a "speaker phone option" can just put the phone on "speaker" until the rep gets on the line. In this way we can relax and do other things (like "surf the web") while waiting for our turn to talk, and then "pick up the phone" (instead of living with the lower sound quality of the speaker phone) when the rep comes on the line.

Call now. The wait time is only a couple minutes. :)
