I'm on my 9th day with the PAP2T, don't know anything about it other than Viatalk service has been excellent and has really exceeded my expectations!
Just now I looked at the PAP2T and noticed the line 1 LED was off. I thought it was always on before, so I picked up the phone and had no dial tone. I checked the phone line plugs and ethernet plugs and all was ok. So I did the logical and cycled power to the PAP2. Line 1 LED came back and dial tone was back.
What can I do if this happens again to try and trouble shoot the cause? Is there any information I can access off the PAP2T to see what might be going on? Where can I find some basic information on the PAP2T since nothing really came in the box with it?
