Really? I've always liked it.
Hmm.. I've never had to call, so I've never listened to it.. Is it really that bad ?

It's been so long since I have had to call that I don't remember what is was like. Maybe I need to call just to listen. ;)

I hadn't called in a very, very long time. But I had a ticket that VT and I have been working on together that I felt a particular response needed to be given over the phone (as it would have been too hard to clarify in the ticket). Same music as I remember when I first started service. I think it sounds cool. Maybe not for someone if they call in frequently, though (which we would hope is not the case). :)

I just don't like waiting so long but at least they keep you updated with your queue number.

I cannot listen to VT hold music anymore, my ears are bleeding.
