I like the layout of the vtwhite.com site. Having beta tested the private label voip service myself, it is looking great. :)

The layout of the site looks great.

I'm looking forward to seeing the full white label functionality. If you need beta testers, I'd be glad to help out.

One other note- when I login to the control panel, none of the global menu links work to take you back outside of the "cp" sub-domain.

ViaTalk officially unveiled the VT White Private Label last week at ISPCON, an Internet industry trade show and conference in Orlando, Florida. Make sure to keep checking the site as pricing information becomes available!

Brendan,
Can you see if there is any interest in creating a forum exclusive to the VT White resellers that are signed up? It may be an easy way for ideas to be shared for improving the service without using the ticketing process. Perhaps include a link in the reseller portal to the forum using our credentials to gain access?

Just a thought.

I agree with you 100% on this idea, As also i am a VT White Reseller.

On another note, it would be nice to be able to edit the text parts of the site itself also. Instead of the basic information that is there.

Well i have complaint about VT White now, As it seems with the rush of orders being done and the long hold times for ViaTalk i did take notice over the last few days of doing some test calls into the phone number that is with our VT White that those calls are also in the same que as the reg viatalk number. As i called that from my cell and the home line i called viatalk said you are caller #14 on the VT White and 15 on the ViaTalk line.

So to say if i would happen to get anyone wanting to join via the VT White they would hang up if they have to wait that long in line to get to someone, and with as backed up as viatalk is according to the posts i have seen with orders going out, and tickets not responded to, Just can only think what would happen if not already with others on the VT White that sign up for service.

All my problems i had with my phone like have seemed to calm way down as in problems, So Viatalk must of done something right in the servers somewhere in the last few weeks.

But as for being a VT White i am now wondering if it was really even worth forking out some money to get into this with the lack of orders being sent, tickets being responded to, or the long wait times on the phone.

Well that shows how much VT reads this part of it, I even sent a email in about the VT white i have, and to this day no reply. So if someone in VT White is reading this i pulled the domain down and redirected it. Since no one seems to care about the resellers at all with no responces via email or here on the fourms.

Thought VT was a good company, But when you start to ignore your resellers well that is when it is time to pull the plug. So i guess i am the first to pull away from my reseller accout. And i even emailed to say shut it down, But that never got replied back to so far.

So this is one reseller that has pulled the plug on that part of it!

I apologize for any delays that occurred during this hectic time. And I just wanted to reply to this post to say that there were responses given to you, from me. I tried to explain the situation, and answer each question, and concern that you had. You then informed me that you were canceling the account, and redirecting the domain because you did not agree with the delays. I responded to that email also, letting you know that I hoped there was something we could do to restore your confidence in VT White, but heard no reply. I am sorry that you decided to cancel your account, and I simply wanted to make other forum readers aware that I am personally communicating with the resellers daily, and to be assured that we do not ignore anyone's correspondence regarding VT White.

Well i am sorry to say i never got a email from you, The last email i sent out was the one saying i was pulling the plug, and there was never a reply to it. and to this day there still has not been a reply to the email that was sent back then. All of my other email address's are working fine, so i know it is not on my end.

Do you have a clear, executable Channel Strategy for this? Seems like the "Support" folks involved in this are also the same people handling other areas of the operation. Whats your "Partner Ecosystem" strategy? What verticals etc are you strongly looking at?
More importantly, you have a great service but the execution has not been worth writing home about. From Rude CSR's to unprofessional sales people. Not sure if they feel underpaid (I'm just assuming here), or they really don't want to be there but Customer Service is a profession. While most people assume a Customer Service Representative is the bottom of the food chain, I strongly believe the reverse is the case. a CSR is THE face of your organization and that should be reflected in the training, composure, decorum and attitude. They should be ENTHUSED to service the customer, and believe you me, YES the customer is always right!
This must and should be reflected in your channel strategy. I had another post a minute or two ago about a "Hank" I dealt with.....only one word can describe that experience, unbelievable. However from the posts on here, though we gave the benefit of doubt, I wasn't surprised.
Once again, great organization, great service, extremely poor service execution.

There is a problem with the VTWhite Private Label Control Panel. It no longer displays correctly in Firefox or IE. Submitted a ticket regarding this...but my tickets are not being responded to. Is anyone looking at our tickets for this service?

Since the Control Panel is a major part of the service, I hope this is correctly very quickly.

Please PM me with the TicketID and I will look into this for you. I was in the CP earlier today and I did not notice an issue. I am using FF (2.0.0.10)

Just PM'd you the ticketid. Thanks Tanya. The ticket includes a screenshot for you to see what I am seeing. I see the issue from different computers, on different networks, using different versions of FF. The one I'm looking at the issue from right now is FF 2.0.0.11.

I also see an issue using IE, but it is not as pronounced. With IE, you can see something messing up with the menu bar within the reseller client CP.

The CP was corrected today. Appears correct in both FF and IE now. Thanks.

still on the fence. Great concept but extremely questionable execution. Closely monitoring this...

Any ETA when the reseller CP will get a revamp similar to the new VT CP? This would include adding in the Contact Manager, fax add-on option, better CP layout, etc.

Everyone currently using Twitter look out! Viatalk now has its own Twitter feed. We plan on using it in many different ways.

We will tweet about events that go on around the office like the current Hostrocket vs. Viatalk Fit Club Contest.

We will tweet about new features or promotions that are up and coming for customers of Viatalk.

We will be having contests that are exclusively Twitter based. Like the one we just started. Enter before April 9th and you could win a free month of Viatalk Phone Service
