Wanted to follow up on my completed ticket to describe the issue I had.
When I received my order confirmation email, I was assigned a Houston area code even though I had requested an OKC one.
I am pretty sure this was due to me side-surfing other area codes while I had an oder in process on another tab in Firefox.
So,
Started order requesting OKC area code,
Opened another tab to search for potential secondary numbers in other area codes,
Completed original order without refreshing page of restarting FF
Got Houston instead of OKC.
Since it took several calls to get this corrected I thought you might see if you could clean up the order process and avoid this type of issue int he future. Certainly I could be the only one to do this.
