Howdy, I run an asterisk box in my apartment and multiple times now (twice) my box stopped receiving service. After checking logs it turns out it was unable to register with Viatalk. After calling support I found out that the address I was trying to connect to was wrong and they told me to change it to something else. Both times this fixed the problem. There was about 6 months from my signing up till this happened the first time. Then it happened about 6 months later.
Upgrading servers is fine, I just wanted to voice an opinion that Viatalk should send an email to users letting them know that their server has changed names or IP addresses if this does happen. Would have saved me a lot of hassle. Luckily this hasn't happened recently but it's worth mentioning I think.
