You fooled me the first time (shame on you) when you advertised 10% credit for a referal. I refered myself and you denied me my credit because "I can't refer myself" even though at the time the promotional said nothing to that effect. Then, when I dared to question your position you stonewalled me.

You fooled me a second time (shame on me!) when I refered a friend and you denied me my credit because "he failed to include the referal code in his application" even though he assures me that he did include that code.

It's not smart business practice to whelch on a deal and then stonewall paying customers. So it will be a cold day in you know where before I refer another friend.

Does the promotion specifically state that you can't refer people who died 10 years ago? Maybe you could give that a shot. :D

Actually, this is not a new stipulation in the TOS. It has been there as long as I an remember. It state:

"Referral and Affiliate Program

Multiple commissions such as referral credits or affiliate commissions cannot be received for a single ViaTalk account. Additionally, a customer or affiliate cannot receive any type of referral credit or affiliate commission for an account billed to himself/herself or an account billed to his/her address regardless of the name associated with the account. Any customer who violates these policies will forfeit all fraudulent commissions and will no longer be able to participate in any such future commission generating programs offered by ViaTalk LLC."

As for the friend that signed up, I would argue that one. Provide them all the information about the order and have your friend submit a ticket, referencing the ticket that you should submit.
