Hi folks,
new user to VIATALK and I'm having some issues with custom voicemail not working for the phone numbers designated, or the custom voice mail being used for my standard message.
Also, just tried to shut off my do not disturb, go to voice mail option and it kept running.
I'm wondering if these issues are related to my browser? I'm a Mac user and use Safari.
Are the VIATALK control panels set to use with IE or Firefox?
Any other issues I might try to fix this? I would LOVE to use these features!
