Losing PAP configs for Line 2

I tried searching and couldn't find the answer. I recently joined VT and still waiting for my number to be ported, so I'm a newbie to VT. It seems promising for now. I got my adapter password and configured line 2 for FWD and also tried GizmoProject and they work. But the strange thing is that after a few minutes the configs are gone, cleared on Line 2. Is there somewhere that I need to do to prevent this?

You would need to go to the provisioning tab of your adapter and turn of provisioning. If provisioning is turned on, periodically your adapter will sync with ViaTalk and wipe out any custom settings.
