I would like to see 2 columns in the "Custom Caller ID" setup, one to display the visual you see on your phone and one to misspell the name so you can hear it better with voice recognition phones. An example of this would be the name "David" sounds bad on most phones but if you spell it "Dayvit" it sounds almost perfect. There are some last names that you can not understand at all, an example would be the name "Boudreaux" is inaudible on most phones but spelled "Boodrow" it sounds correct. If you didn't have voice on your phone equipment you could simply leave the second column blank.
