Service just died after 1 week

My PAP2 adapter no longer works. Plug my DSL modem directly into PAP2 adapter get 0.0.0.0, plug DSL modem into my laptopn works fine. Have reset everything 10 times and still no go. I called tech support and they put in a ticket so anyone know how to fix this? How long before I hear from Tech support? Maybe I need a new adapter?

You are going to need a DSL router to go between your DSL modem and your PAP2. You did not mention you were using one, so I am just going under the assumption that you do not have one. It makes sense that your computer would work as you probably have software installed on your computer that logs onto and authenticates against your DSL service. If you have a router, then your router can get you onto the DSL service...and your computer and PAP2 will both be able to be connected at the same time to the Internet.
