View Full Version : Why does it take so long?

I signed up for service on Monday and it is now Friday and I have not heard from them, received no updates at all. When I go to the check status page it just says "order placed". Other companies are quicker to get someone up and running. I can't comment on the service because it is taking just so long to get started.

I have to admit I am a bit scared that I made a mistake but I hope that is not the case.

I was in the same boat like you until I got that email and my service was up and running. I signed up on a Friday however, and by next Thursday my account was activated. I'd say wait until Monday and then give them a call at the toll free number to see how the order is going. Below is a link. If you noticed on the sign up page online when selecting your Adapter it tells you the processing time. You can re-create an order to see it also. I have attached a screen shot for you. Hope this helps.
