What ports Does Soft phone & Linksys port need?

What ports need I need to make sure that my port is un blocked?

Generally you need to forward ports:

Port 69 UDP VT servers use this port.
Ports 5060-5061 UDP These are SIP ports, used for VoIP Data
Ports 10000 - 20000 UDP These are SIP ports, used for audio.
