san jose server - incoming calls not working

outgoing calls are fine but incoming are being routed to network down phone number.

maybe they rebooted the server or something because the call that my wife was on got disconnected and the person called back and incoming is working again. and i'm still on san jose.

This morning I checked my phone logs and see three calls to voice mail on first ring. I have network down forward disabled at this time. This happened at 21:09, 21:12 and 21:29 EST. I took a good call at 20:20. However, I am on the NY-1 server. I called the party this morning and they confirmed that VM picked up on first ring. I have my VM set for 20 seconds ring time. Might have been some larger network disturbance going on. Everything is good to go today.
