why are we no longer being informed via email when new ViaTalk Phone features are available?

i come to the board and see discussions regarding new items available on my phone service that i knew nothing about.

is it just me who doesn't get these notifications?

If you are referring to the dial-in/dial-out feature, I do not believe it has been officially released yet. You are getting an advance preview because you attend this forum. So no one has received any e-mails regarding this feature.
