Can't get to work - Trixbox/Asterisk

I cannot get service to work. I had it working with Viatalk just fine but can't get it to work with VTWhite

I have two numbers at first both numbers could make outgoing calls and one number could receive calls and one number couldn't. But then all of a sudden both stopped making or receiving calls.. So as of right now entire phone system is down.

I need some desperate help.

You should definitely contact tech support so they can walk you through fixing the problem.. Go here:

If you can call them, I would.. otherwise select "Submit a Support Ticket" and describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

This is for VTWhite not Viatalk. I have tried calling Viatalk and they tell me its a different company and need to call them.. But when I try to call viatalk during their listed business hours it says "Thank you for your interest in VTWhite services no reps are available" and then is an EVERYDAY thing.

Issue has finally been resolved. For some reason number was pointing to wrong IP on their end.
