Hello,
It would be really nice to have a "slim" version of the control panel, where there would be no page header, or side columns, just the "middle" portion of the page. And instead of fancy graphics laid out with CSS, it should be a simple list of links but maintaining the organization. For example:
-Account Information
--Change Password
--Billing Manager
--...etc...
-Voicemail / Call access
--...etc...
-..etc..
Obviously the "..etc.."'s would be the remaining menu options, and not something literal.
This would allow people with handheld devices, such as Palms or Blackberries with internet plans, to change phone options remotely.
This can be done with a separate url (perhaps wapcp.viatalk.com) or by using the same URL but examining the user's agent (browser string) to see if it's a handheld agent and returning the appropriate version of the control panel.
Thank you again for listening...
