First, I have used a number of VoIp companies. First Vonage, Voicepulse, and then USA Datanet. I won't even discuss how horrible Vonage was because I can't put it into words! Voicepulse was Okay but I knew more about their product then tech support and call quality could have been much better. Then I used Datanet, they were very good but for the amount of money you pay, $24.95 I felt they could have offered more bang for the buck.
Then I switched to ViaTalk and have never looked back. The voice quality is very good most of the time. No VoIp company can give you crystal clears calls all of the time. There are so many factors affecting QOS such as ISP congestion, ISP port blocking, routers on the internet dropping packets, etc. so you must go with what works for you. ViaTalk works for me :)
In addition to the good voice quality, their tech support is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Everytime I have called VT with a question everyone has been professional and courteous. If the person did not know the answer or could not fix the problem on the spot a ticket would be submitted and responded to usually within 48 hours!
Best of all everyone I have spoken with has a great sense of humor. When you have a hot date lined up on a Saturday night and your PAP2 is acting up, it is nice to be able call tech support and say "hey blah blah blah" and within 5 minutes have someone tell ya reboot your device now and see what happens. That did the trick for me but before hanging up the dude on the other end said "have a great night and give us a call back if she acts up again"!
Brendan you have a great VoIp with the best features I have used to date. Most importantly though you have a kind, respectful, and loyal CSR team so please take good care of them. ;) I have noticed VoIp companies are a dime a dozen but a team like yours is not :)
