Blocked Calls should use callerid name

There should be an option to add the name of the individual to the blocked callers list instead of just the callerid number.
That way the "800 Number" that has unlimited phone banks, could be blocked by their name.

there should also be a way to force them to even use a valid 800 number some of them are now coming accross as a simple three number prefix. :(
