I have been using VT for sometime now and have signed up 16 other individuals. When I first received the PAP it worked straight out of the box. I did call in to get a few of my issues resolved like the 10 to 15 second delay when dialing a 10 digit number. But that was easily resolved with a mod to my dial plan.
I switched from CallVantage to this service and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. The Cost and features far exceeds the other providers (at least when I did my research).
The Support has been extremely helpful and seems to take the time to resolve the issue. At times, Ticket Submissions or even phone calls could be delayed now that they have been offering 2 years for the price of one. But if you call early in the day or later in the evening, you do get through and your problems normally goes away.
So - all I can say is this service is worth a try.
