At least two ViaTalk services would benefit from allowing prebuilt lists and certain behaviors based upon those lists. For example:
Call Hunt: Allow users to build lists of callers and hunt in a particular sequence based upon the list. In addition to the additional performance this would offer, it would allow users to set certain numbers (such as cell phone, office, etc) not to hunt at all while other numbers would.
Call Broadcast: Allow users to store broadcast distribution lists. So I could have one for my poker group, one for a child's soccer team, etc.
If for some reason this implementation is not possible then there should be a setting where the number called from is skipped on a call hunt or simultaneous call sequence.
