Other party can't hear you...

Anyone else have the problem where the other party cannot hear you for periods of 20 seconds or more? Then suddenly they can again? The whole time you can hear them loud and clear.

I have ViaTalk service in 2 locations (home and work) and I cannot believe that bandwidth is the issue. My corporate internet connection is 50MBps up and down, and my home connection is 30MBps down and 5MBps up.

Any ideas?

This is generally a firewall issue, try setting up Port Forwarding or a DMZ on the router.

i had that problem and viatalk had me set up the DMZ on the router

if i have that problem now i hang up and dial back and things work fine. (note that i've only had to do this twice and both times were to an international cell phone number)
