Address Book with click to call

I was told a year ago that the address book with click to call would be available soon, well it's been a year how closer to soon are we?

So we are not close to soon? I was told this was already being worked on and almost ready to be implemented, this was a year ago.

I believe the original implementation of this was scrapped for one reason or another.
