Problem with Connection

I'm not sure how many of you have experienced this. After ending a call especially international calls, the phone rings on its own and when I pick it up to answer all I get is a dial tone.

Also I do experience latency in call ending - what I mean is if I hang up on a call and want to make another call immediatly I have to wait almost upto 60 seconds before I hear the dial tone

Hi... I'm not having that problem, but I'm having another one...

Whenever I am on the phone, the person on the other end cannot hear me - it continuously breaks up... has anyone else had this problem?

If so, what did you do about it?
