I switched my number from Vonage to Viatalk a while ago and recently found out that Vonage customers are unable to call my number.
I'm not sure which company I should call for resolution, I don't expect much help from Vonage since I'm no longer their customer but it does not quite seem like Viatalk can fix anything at their end.
I would like to hear from others who have had similar issues on how to go about getting the issue resolved.
