I am a HR customer for some 5 year already, but all I used is shared hosting. In few months I am planning to launch a new website that will require dedicated server to run.
I have a few questions before I proceed with my order.
1. The website I'm trying to create will store a lot of user data. Given the disk size of 60 GB, how much space is realistically usable for MySQL databases?
2. What about the backups? Will HostRocket take care about necesary backups and restoration in case of hard drive failure?
3. Upgrades and hotfixes. I am concerned about security fixes. I will probably not have enough time or skills to patch Linux and daemons for security holes. Will HR do it for me?
4. Currently all dedicated hosting plans are "sold out". What's the ETA of the next bunch of available servers? I don't want to wait months, I just want to launch the website whenever I am ready.
