RealMedia support?

The HR website mentions "RealMedia Support".

What is the nature of this support. Does HR have a RealMedia server?

I am not sure of how it is physically connected, whether each server has a RM server installed on it or not. I assume so, but I am using it and its great. I am streaming Audio and Video files off of my site. You just need to create a RAM file with this format:

http://www.domain.name/directory/file.ra

I have tried .ra, .ram, and .rm with a streaming file, and it always seems to download it instead. Do I need to add a mime-type?
