We are back (nice and late) from our trip down to VDI today, and heres what we found out... It looks like they are pretty ready to go in getting the new line in place and everything, and we're pretty confident that things will turn around and stay that way once they do this.
We had several meetings with various people there today, and are pleased with what we heard/learned about them and where they are headed. They are doing lots of adding to their infrastructure at this time, and I think things will be good there as they wrap things up.
We are confident that they are going to be getting things back to where we want/require them to be, however we are still keeping all of our other options open just in case we have to make a move somewhere else.
The support questions from today will all get caught up the first half of tomorrow, thank you for bearing with us in the meantime.
