About Hosting registration

Hello

I just finished a registration for a domain (ciudadela-escarlata.org) like 1 hour ago using the form in main page, and atm I didin't recived any kind of information in my mail about if my registration was right or not.

Is it normal? if it is.. how many time must I wait before recive any mail about my hosting service?

It is usually instant, or almost instant. Make sure to check your spam folders if you have any.

My old ISP always blocked the welcome emails from HR for some reason. Their spam control software always thought it was spam, and deleted it before it ever got to my mailbox. :(

I still not reciving any kind of answer or confirmation.

Yesterday some hours after than I wrote my post here, I sent a Urgent Ticket also to your support service.

I didin't recived any kind of response from suport also.


I just checked all my Spam folder and is empty. Funny Think is what I recived those 2 confirmation mails what your forums are sending when I completed my registration to post here without any problem.

I'll try to send a new Urgent ticket, I hope I get any kind of response today.

We did receive and process the order for ciudadela-escarlata.org the welcome letter should have been sent to you. If you do not receive a reply to a support ticket especially a high priority ticket, that usually means we never got it and you should call us. If you still have not received your welcome letter please try submitting a ticket through our website or call us.
