Hello,
I am a software developer, and I have worked with telephony applications in the past using Dialogic (Intel) hardware, and recently gave Asterisk a whirl. I've recently signed up for 2 years of ViaTalk service. So far, it's been pretty good.
I was curious what software and hardware is running ViaTalk and what language it is developed in? (C++, C#, pascal, etc)
What DB backend are you using?
I'm also curious how you're interfacing the backend systems with the control panel.
I understand these questions might be a bit odd, but I've always been one to look behind the curtain to see what's there. :) I also can appreciate you probably won't want to answer all of those questions, but I'll gladly be intrigued with whatever you provide. :D
Thank you for your time,
--James
