Hello,
This request has two parts :)
1) Please add the ability to listen/upload the various outgoing voicemail messages via the control panel (no answer, busy, etc).
You can use open source software, such as sox, to convert uploaded audio into the format needed by your systems (such as converting wav files into aLaw, uLaw, etc). I've done this before to make custom Cisco ring tones.
2) I haven't had a chance to experiment with voicemail much yet, but if you have multiple voicemail boxes set up in the control panel, can a person calling get the option of which mailbox to leave a message in?
For example, if two new mailboxes were created for Bob and Sue. Could someone call and hear a custom-recorded message by Sue saying "press 1 to leave a message for Sue, press 2 to leave a message for Bob" and have that person's message automatically delivered to the proper mailbox?
Just a thought for enhancements, if not. (I personally wouldn't use this, but I've seen it done plenty of other places)
Thank you for listening.
