Hello,

A quick reference guide, outlining all the key codes to turn on/off and edit features and a map of the voicemail system should be included with the package that is sent to new users. It should also be available as a PDF download.

Buried in the FAQ/Knowledgebase is a handul of codes, but not all of them. The map of the voicemail system is also in a separate FAQ issue but is more of a list of options than a flowcart or anything easily comprehendable.

Actually, there should be two versions of this document. One should be an 8.5"x11" sheet with descriptions of all the options, and the other should be a smaller document, about the size of a playing card or so, with just the options listed without the descriptions. That way the larger with the descriptions could be filed in drawer, and the smaller could be posted on a wall or cork-board or something near the phone for easy reference.

Please consider this idea.

I actually had already found that page, and it's not a complete list. For example, *1 for call recording and ## for call forwarding are not included. If I can get a complete list, and a good version of your logo, I'd be willing to piece together the reference guide PDFs. I'm no graphical guru, but it would be professionally laid out.

I know some of the other codes I sent in my suggestion are implemented (perhaps as part of the pap2 unit), but I don't experiment with it enough to know if the codes correspond to the exact functions I had in my list (*78, for example).

If I may ask, how many engineers do you have working on the backend, to add/enhance features and the like? Are you looking to hire on additonal (remote) staff, as contract, part-time, or full-time?
