Hello,

our domain is www.01shan.hostrocket.com a free space kindly provided by HostRocket.

Our problem is we cannot access anymore to the control panel. Inserting login and password (which worked till April 2006) will bring the following error message:

License File Expired
-------------------------------
cpanel.net
LTD: 1149130282 NOW: 1149974070

We tried to connect with different ISP and even disabling our firewall (ZoneAlarm) but with no result.

The site is currently running and reacheable.

Can you explain us what is the meaning of the error message and how can we fix the problem to access our control panel?

Thank you,

Diego Del Duca - Arcieri di Shannara

These forums are not checked by the administrators. Because you are using a free account you will have to send in a ticket as all non-customers have to.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I've already been there but in the ticket submission form they ask for credit card digits. Why? They just ask for 4 digits overall, still i don't understand why asking them to non-customers as well.
What if a free account owner doesn't have a credit card?

Well, m submitting the ticket anyway. Will post the answer so it may be useful for other users.

Bye
